This is by far the best place to shop for furniture. It's high end and super classy. Service is the best. Shame in Sound transit to force them to shut down. Our whole house is furnished from Mc Donald's fine Furniture. Worth every dime and more.
Great experience when buying furniture for our new house. My boyfriend hates shopping, but somehow the man we were working with was able to make him comfortable enough (laugh even!) and find some great pieces for his man den. Delivery was great also, the door was just a smidge small for getting the sectional in, but they were able to carefully work everything in by removing the door and the couch feet. They were so nice and helpful and didn't get frustrated.
We bought two recliner which were alike but one had a defective back. I worked with them in a calm manner, just like one would like to be treated. I am exchanging the back for another one which matches the recliner. I couldn't get the back off so knew there must be something that was holding it on. They were very helpful in showing me what I needed to do and so I am going to trade it this afternoon. I am happy with my experience.
This is my go-to furniture store when I am furniture hunting. Over the years I have been systematically replacing my furniture. Every time I have visited the many furniture stores in Lynnwood, I always end up buying here. The furniture is always changing... A good thing. The prices are good. Every time I stop by, I say "Hi" to Phillip. He remembers my name and is always helpful. Sometimes I stop by to get ideas... and say "Hi" to Phillip!
If you are going to buy something here make sure it is exactly what you want and has no issues because once it is out the door any issues are not their problem and will not be handled at all.
