Attitude while being spoken too, prices are to high for the value of product there selling. Plenty of other stores with the same if not better products for a better price. They need to work on overall customer service, it probably wouldn't be so empty in there if they did.
Fantastic furniture and selection - awkward and uncomfortable service. Our representative never bothered to introduce herself and was far more pushy than necessary. At one point, while thinking over some details, our rep told my mom, "You're just overthinking things - don't make it so difficult, you should just buy something."
For how amazing the products are, the service makes me never want to go back. Bummer.

Great quality furniture store. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was allowed to browse alone, but was warmly greeted when I came in and the staff checked in on me without being over bearing throughout my shopping experience.
