We worked with Amanda Hertz. We would highly recommend her. She spent time with us measuring the furniture to fit our space. She drew it out on her computer and laid out the furniture to scale, even adding our kitty on the outdoor L shaped sofa. She helped us with our accent pillows and umbrella. It turned out beautiful! Everything fits just perfect on our lot. The dining set, umbrella, L shaped sofa, club chair, fire pit with color coordinated rocks just set it off. She was patient and always helpful. Rich's has well built, gorgeous outdoor furniture. We are still using our set we bought over 15 years ago and it still looks great, even the cushions and the umbrella. That is why we came back! Great place!!!
I had a wonderful experience with Rich's for the Home. We were building a house and they had a great selection with the newest product from Fireplace Xtrordinair on display. After spending time with them going over our needs we decided on 3 fireplaces to purchase from them. We got them in extremely quickly and they even had the pipe in stock so our contractor could get started. Super smooth and I look forward to purchasing more things for our patio in the near future!
Kim at Rich's did such a great job assisting my wife and I on design, budget and selection of our new patio furniture fit and finish. Their delivery to our cabin on SJI by Mike was over the top professional! It's now a WOW factor to enjoy and be proud of.
I've been a long time customer and I can't say enough how much I love this store. It's always beautiful on the inside and the staff are always super friendly and quick to help! They have a great selection of the highest quality items! Ive never once felt pressured for a sale and that is a big deal to me! They treat you like family at Richs! The service department has been extremely knowledgeable too! If you are in the market and want to have a magazine photo worthy patio go see them!
