We never felt pressured in our decision making. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of what we were looking for. He helped form a great experience and result. The store looks nice and has a good layout. It was a really good trip in and we're definitely thankful to Antony for helping it be that way.
We had such a great experience at Mor Furniture! They have an extensive selection, and outstanding customer service. The staff was very friendly but not at all over bearing or pushy which we really appreciated. We worked with Tanner and bought a dining room set that we love. Tanner was outstanding!! Extremely professional, helpful, and friendly! I'd recommend him to anyone!
My wife and I had a great experience. We went in to simply look at couches as we were just starting to entertain the idea of buying one. Antony greeted us and then allowed us to do our thing as we wandered the store. He later checked in on us and after nearly two hours we had bought not only a couch, but a mattress as well.
Bright, clean, very friendly staff. Layout is a little weird, but that is probably just my taste. I would prefer furniture types grouped together so I don't have to try to remember which "room" what was in.
i would vote 0 if i could. Their delivery is very bad. Please be careful. we spend $80 for the assemble. however they are not professional at all. they are rude during the assemble, causing scratch on my floor. No one will actually stand on your behalf once this issue happen. Be careful, their service is not worth the money at all.
So extremely disappointed. I give ZERO stars. Spent $1,700 UP FRONT on a sofa in April (not even five months ago) and my couch already tore at the seams and was losing stuffing (which my 1 year old daughter loves to play with). Called Mor to get it picked up - which was two weeks later at soonest. They gave us a two hour window and my boyfriend had to use PTO at work to be there for pick-up. They sent out ONE guy with a vehicle not even big enough to lug the sofa. All he did was come take pictures of our sofa and left. It was obviously planned to come to our house and only take pictures and do NOTHING with our sofa but nobody informed us of that. Now, we are waiting for a call from the warehouse to see if our couch will be covered under warranty or not. Whether it is covered under warranty or not, I would've still wanted them to take it to fix it. I would have been bummed if it wasn't covered under warranty and I would've never bought more furniture from this store but I would've paid for it to be fixed because I won't live with a broken sofa. BUT the guy didn't even give us that option since he came to our home unprepared for a pick-up. I don't know where the ball was dropped (whether it was the man from the warehouse or the lady who scheduled our appointment for "pick-up") but talk about a waste of money, time, and a huge lack of communication. I will never spend another penny at Mor and I will tell all of my family, friends, and patients of their terrible service. A huge thank you to Andrey though who handled my phone call very professionally.
