Andrew & Eric were awesome! Polite, professional, efficient, & mindful of moving a heavy couch up stairs (could not get into elevator) and into apt. Focus on safety & customer service. Just a note to thank you. Our mattress is very comfortable. Also we wanted to tell you how we appreciated the two delivery men. They were very cautious and even offered to remove their shoes. The wait time is unavoidable at times - traffic. Thanks again
Possibly the worst purchase I have ever made. The couch I bought has broken three times because the back of the couch is extremely weak. You can't lean back at all without the back of the couch breaking. It's like it was made to just look at, it's completely nonfunctional. Total repairs on the couch have cost me $450. $150 Each time. Of course they didn't help any of the times it broke. Also, how embarrassing for this store, every single 5 star review is just from a “google user” with some made up experience.. good job guys.. (the best of the fake reviews is a person that has been to all the JR furniture stores in the whole U.S. and given them all 5 stars, are you kidding me??)
