Thank you Sprint for a wonderful experience!!The staff here is wonderful, patient and so knowledgeable. Josh was so great and took his time explaining all the plans and what would be the best fit for me and my family. Definitely recommending Sprint to friends and family. A shout out to Olesya and Drew for their reassurance (since I was nervous about switching carriers) and making sure we were happy with the service.
All in all, it was the manager's fault and our fault for not doing the research properly. After several calls to Sprint customer service, I was able to get them to fix the store's mistakes (there were multiple).
The people here are very nice and have a non-pushy approach. They write down your current carrier details and then compare with their best plans so you can get an idea of what you are getting into. Our people service was great, but the service process was a blunder.
My husband and I were paying 282.00 with Verizon; we wanted to find a cheaper plan and after speaking to a lot of friends who have sprint we went for it (it's been three months the with sprint- biggest regret leaving Verizon after 13 years with them) I only wanted three lines- but the lady told us oh we have four lines for 120.00 plus a fifth line free. Sounded good- we got two free iPhones and paying monthly for two iPhones and then got another phone for free (whenever we get the gift card to pay it off in the mail- never did get it yet....) we were also suppose to get 300.00 for switching over to sprint.... never got those gift cards either. Also my bill is not 180
My sister switched services and Drew was an awesome person throughout the process. He was super patient and helpful. He made the process painless and got us the best deal. I would totally recommend this store and Drew!
Horrible customer service! I work in the mall and have sprint service. Whenever I need help with anything they send me to the other sprint store on 196th Street SW. For even the most simple problem or troubleshoot. It's almost like the don't want to help unless you're buying something. So when it's time to upgrade I guess I will go to the other store that has better customer service. I have been a Sprint customer since 2001 btw.
To get the information we need for them to pay off Verizon and we have gotten no where!!!! I'm now at the point where we will be paying out of pocket and this company that owes me over 2,000 is doing nothing for us and keeping their word. Worst company ever- going back to Verizon and saving money and going back to a company that doesn't lie, cheat, or steal! This company doesn't even deserve one star!
All-in-all, Sprint is OK, but this store could be more straight forward and knowledgable. I really wanted to write a great review for these guys since they did try their best to fix their errors, but I have to be honest as well.
I recently was looking for new phones and a better plan, switching from another carrier. Most wireless companies were in competition full swing so I stopped by this Sprint store to check things out.
The first time my wife and I stopped in, the store manager was the one who greeted us and worked out what we thought was an amazing deal on new phones and a discounted plan. He even put it in writing for us to bring in so we could get set up upon our next visit.
Since they were free anyway)... anyway my husband was lied- never gave us the correct information to even pay off Verizon!!! We have emailed the sales guy at sprint, have walked in the store three times
(Without taxes) it's freakin 315.00!!!!!!!! Why would I switch just to pay more money and have two extra lines I didn't need nor use (we figured because it's summer the extra phones would be good for long car rides for my kids to have some games on them
A week later, we stop in but we were greeted by a seasoned employee and a newer employee. They were quick to inform us that the plan the manager worked out for us was not valid and the Sprint system wouldn't allow us to have free phones and a discounted plan. They wouldn't honor the written deal from the manager.
My wife and I were quite upset and eventually we agreed to a different plan grudgingly and took a discount on some accessories instead. Then the new sales guy told us we could get 5 phones for free and with the package we wanted. Of course, this was after transferring services over to our new phones which we were paying for.
