Love this place! Great customer service and knowledge of products! Always busy, but staff is still cheerful and friendly!
I highly recommend reading your customers better. Some people are only there to get something and get out. Waiting in line for 10 extra minutes because you have to ask/offer 10,000 things during checkout is infuriating.
Ian (store manager) and his team are amazing. Always willing to go that extra mile to help their customers. I recently came in looking for a new controller and found out that the broken one that I was replacing could still be taken in for credit towards a new one! Had no idea that they took in broken items! They made a forever customer out of me.
It's probably the best gamestop north of seattle. Friendly and knowledgeable sales reps.
