An absolute terrible experience ever!
I love Brookstone, they always have all sorts of crazy gadgets in there. Their prices can be high though depending on what you're looking at.
My daughters walked into Brookstone at the alderwood mall to give me suggestions on what massage chair to get my husband for his birthday. I truly had an intention of buying one but the employees treated them like absolute crap. Right when they walked in a boy with dark hair immediately says: "Really? Girls get out". They hadn't even sat down in the chairs yet. They looked at him in disbelief and confusion. They are only 13 and 14 years old! They've never even been in this store at this mall. He said to get out again and then my older one said: "what are you talking about?" And he tried to say he was joking which seemed so fake and phony. Then they left and told me the details I couldn't see from outside the store. I was watching the whole time in distugstion! I wish I would've said something when I had the chance but we were on a time crunch.They weren't even there for a full minute. I hope that they know have lost thousands of dollars that I was planning on spending. My daughters should never be treated like that ever again. This happened about 2:30pm 10-27-16. Check the security cameras! My children are well disciplined and would never do anything to get in trouble. Looks like I get the last laugh and have thousands of dollars in my pocket now that I didn't waste in on a chair from brookstone. My family has decided to take a trip to Disney World instead. Happy birthday to my husband!
DO NOT TRUST THE STORE! -BRANDON- dishonest guy at alderwood mall SUCH A CON ARTIST. first of all, he walked away when I arrived at the store, instead of any greetings. what a customer service?! so I brought an item to return and -BRANDON- told me that they can't do returns at the moment because their system shut down. And I asked how long it would take to get system back to be able to do the return and he goes I DON'T KNOW we can do sales and exchanges but TOO BAD no returns . so I drove 18 miles to northgate mall. There, I explained what happened and the manager, at the northgate mall, was very much doubtful and said he still should be able to take the returns as he said sales and exchanges can be done. I never ever put A SINGLE complain about anything like this. I've shopped there over years now I'm not going back there unless this guy BRANDON is no longer there or some apologies come to me in some way. all this just seriously wasted my time, gas and ruined my mood for the entire day.
