I love Shane Co.! My family has been customers since my parents upgraded their wedding rings at the old downtown Seattle location. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings here five years ago and just today we purchased a wedding band to go with my very uniquely designed wedding/engagement ring.

I had a difficult time getting a sales person to help me. Once I had a sales person to help me they were extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are fairly competitive.

Great selection of jewelry, but even more importantly amazing staff. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. Was asked several times if I wanted anything to drink. Very courteous and willing to help me with whatever I wanted. So glad I came here!

The included lifetime warranty is amazing. Something I've never seen included for free at any jeweler. The associates are some of the best people to work with. ZERO pressure to buy. There are very knowledgeable and honest. I am a definite lifetime customer, thank you!

I can’t comment on the aspect of being a customer, but as a potential employee this was a terrible experience. I went in for an Interview, and met with Drew. The interview itself was fine, he just asked me a lot of questions about how I view managers that hover or micromanage, which was alright cause I’m used to it. Afterwards he told me he’d be in contact within a few days to let me know if I did, or did not get the position (which is what a hiring manager should do because it’s professional and doesn’t leave anyone hanging). After a week I hadn’t heard anything so I made a follow up call to see if they were still deciding, and the customer service desk said he was busy and would call me back. No problem, I get it. Never got a call. Gave it another week, tried again, same deal. The next 2 weeks I called in and asked for “Any Manager”, yet was told they were busy or would call me back. I even made sure to tell the customer service rep I was following up on an interview and just wanted to know the status so I could stop bugging them and continue my search. Almost a month later and no call, yet a new add for the position i applied for is now up. The lack of professionalism from a company that has been around this long is shocking. I’ve been in management, and if you can’t handle giving people bad news then you should probably find another job. This experience has made me not want to ever shop there, because if that’s how all the employees are they should be ashamed. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about this. Drew should be demoted, or fired. Anyone with a Management label should be able to handle these kinds of situations without buckling under the pressure, and he obviously can’t do that.
