Great customer service. Got my ears pierced and it went great really happy with the job she did. Ask for Lacey she is the best and so customer friendly. I will definitely be going back to see her.

It was truly an amazing service. When I first came in I was very nervous, but an amazing lady that worked there, Lacy, was very kind and made sure I knew everything to know about taking care of my new piercings. I would definitely recommend going there if you're thinking about having your ears pierced.
Lacey pierced my ears, and it was a very pleasant experience. She is very nice and explained to me everything and all the after care. If you go to Piercing Pagoda at the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, make sure you look for her. Her costumer service is very good!!
