I've been shopping at this store at Alaska for 6 years. Always have great customer service. I walked into that Lynnwood store. Employees don't greet or acknowledge patrons. I walked around browsing for about ten minutes and walked out and still no acknowledgment. Bad customer service. Essential for a good business. I won't be back to this location.

Great shoes for normal sizes/widths. Would have liked it if the sales rep measured my feet. I would've not tried anything on and gone to a wide shoe store
