Ok service, delayed delivery and we were not informed, had to call Macy's and find out what was going on. No quite the service standards I've experienced with past purchases here.
I would have given more stars if they didn't screw up our delivery. We arranged a Sunday drop-off over a week in advance only to have them call after the delivery time to inform us that our entire day would be devoted to waiting around for them. They "overloaded the truck". How does that happen when all you do is sell and deliver furniture? Selection is good but when you mess up the logistics, it leaves a bad taste. This will be the last time we shop here.
Amazing gallery for Macy's. They did a wonderful job ensuring that I was well taken care of while not being in the way. The salesman was patient and ready to assist. He wasn't pushy on selling anything that day. I later called in to make my order and there were no issues. I will come again for other furniture.
Also, Macy's has many sales throughout the year. Wait for one before buying

THE MOST DECEIVING store policy I have ever seen. They sold me a poor quality rug that started falling apart at the edges on the first day after delivery, then refused to take it back when I brought it in the store just 2 weeks later. Used a diversion of apparently seeing stains on the rug even the edges were clearly torn.The extra fee that I paid for the life-time warranty for the rug counted for nothing. So even though they know is it clearly their fault for selling a bad product that they would throw away upon return, they would not exchange and take it back. Rude, deceiving and disrespectful store manager. Stay away from this store.
