The staff were quick to respond. I asked to replace the decaf coffee with regular, and someone was at my door within a few minutes. I also had a small problem that required a maintenance person, and he arrived within a few minutes to fix it. Note that you can text them at any time with your requests, if you don't want to go downstairs.

We just finished our stay at the embassy suites Lynnwood and wanted to share our experience with you. We found the text from staff asking how our staff was very helpful. When we arrived in our room it was extremely hot, we lowered the temperature and four hours later it was still extremely hot. We went to the pool and were very disappointed by how unclean it was. The water was green, there was a lot of hair and just filth everywhere. We came back to our very hot room to shower to discover the drain was broken (would not stay up to drain) we text and they sent someone up 20 mins later to fix it, the engineer was on their lunch so understandable. The engineer was in our room less then one minute and said there was nothing he could do. The front desk never checked back to make sure the issue was fixed. We had to sleep with the window open so the room would be at a comfortable temperature. The window faces the hwy which made it very difficult to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also disappointing, sausage was pink and under cooked and food was not very warm. The staff was nice and seemed eager to help but when it came down to it they didn't follow through. We have stayed at many embassy suites and this was by far the worst experience we have had.

Daily breakfast includes everything from eggs to bacon/sausage, potatoes, pancakes/french toast, fruit, oatmeal, bagels/muffins, and made-to-order omelettes. The evening reception is much lighter, with veggies and dip, chips and dip, etc., but also includes beverages.

Note that a car ride to Seattle Center is 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. I enjoyed staying outside of the city, but always tried to work around peak traffic times.

That is the only issue. Small but if noise is an issue for you just understand it can happen. It does not interfere with sleeping though because of the room designs.

We had to stay here while our counters in the apartment were being resurfaced. It took 4 days to complete the work. During this time the staff here was amazing. They made sure our room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Drew, one of the managers, went out of his way to make sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. This was not a planned stayed, but with the help of Drew and his team, you'd never notice they weren't already expecting us. We will be back for a starvation when we just need a night away. Thank you.

After switching from another Seattle area hotel to Embassy Suites, this place was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is 100% non-smoking, so it is great for families and others who enjoy non-toxic rooms. The room was super clean, including the bathroom. Some of the amenities in the room included TVs in the bedroom and living room, a fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot of course (coffee in the room was Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which I preferred over the Seattle's Best that was served at breakfast).

The hotel is moderately old, but recently renovated. I've been staying there annually, for many years. Somehow the renovation has made the hotel feel cheaper. The bathroom fixtures are rusty, vents have mold, and furniture feels cheap. It has some of the slowest elevators I have ever experienced, so plan on taking the stairs and saving a lot of time. The attached restaurant is decent for dinner or having drinks with friends.

The hotel is right off the I-5, and is within 10 minutes of many beautiful places to hike, if you enjoy being outdoors. Be sure to visit Meadowdale Beach Park, if you get the chance. Food-wise in Lynnwood, if you like Thai food, visit Chili Basil. If you enjoy Indian food, visit Royal India.

Perfect if you are traveling in the area. Only negative is the style of hotel. If you have never stayed at an Embassy Suites then you don't know how the open area can echo. Nothing horrible but of there is a lot of people in the courtyard you can hear it.

Quiet. Great Location. Nice rooms.

***update: We were given another night stay which we used this weekend. The experience was fantastic! Staff was incredibly nice and let us check in early even though our room wasn’t ready by upgrading our room to one that was available. Room was clean and AC worked well. Breakfast in the morning was great! My only slight comment was that the restaurant is being remodeled so the restaurant space was in the atrium. They only had one staff member working so service was extremely slow. But food was very yummy. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you Rachel Blake for making it right!
