The room smelled musty if we didn't have our air running.
The hot tub was small and it was awkwardly close if there were strangers in it too.
The beds are comfy, the pillow selection is great (each states if it's a soft or firm pillow), and the fridge is a great size but there aren't enough outlets to keep the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker plugged in. Plus there's only 1 outlet next to the beds and 2 next to the desk. It's seriously lacking in this day and age. The last good thing... Chocolate chip cookies at the front desk and amazing cinnamon rolls for breakfast.
This was a great place to stay for our large family. Hopefully we weren't too loud for the neighboring rooms. We had two rooms, one was at the end of the building and the other was next to the elevator and ice machine. On occasion it was noisy from the traffic coming to and from the elevator but nothing that wouldn't be expected from the location of the room. They also offered and amazing breakfast everyday that had something for everyone. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and more. We will definitely be choosing this location or another one just like it when we vacation in the area again.
They had chocolate chip cookies in the afternoons.
I brought my children here for their first time in Seattle! We are happy with everything about this hotel. It's clean, wonderful staff, great beakfast, and very close to restaurants as well as stores. The only thing that could make it better is if the pool opened at 7am instead of 9am. Aside from that, we'll definitely come back.
Good things:
The breakfasts never tasted bad.
The cleaning for our room was a making our bed and toiletry replacement, and little else, we didn't get fresh towels every day, but we did most days.
Parking was never difficult, nor was the road too busy to make the left turn into the parking lot.
The breakfast contained fresh pancakes and no waffles...I really like hotel waffles and I didn't get any.
This is the best Holiday Inn Express have ever stayed at. The hotel's front staff was amazing Kelly accommodated all of our needs and made sure my daughter special day was the best it could ever be. Without all of her Finishing Touches it would not have been such a great and wonderful day so I really appreciate how the staff here goes above and beyond I will definitely stay here again the hotel is clean the beds are comfortable and the swimming pool is adequate I think that anybody who has a chance to stay here should!!!
The TV reception was terrible on several channels and each channel took a long time to load.
We stayed here a week.
The hotel was located near grocery stores and restaurants, so we never had to venture far for our needs.
