These guys are the worst and big time cheats. Would never rent again from them.
I had very bad experience with them and never recommend to any body used this company! They gave me a dirty car I thought somebody returned it and they just pass it to me! Car waa dirty outside and inside! I asked the to change the car the gave me another one little better but still dirty!! At the end car rental price was $75 plus tax by at the end they charge me $200 !!! I returned the car on time, but they still charged me $200 I do not recommend them to anybody
Would give negative stars if possible. Made us wait for 3 hours citing reason that cars har not been returned. That was care for at least 5 other customers who had to wait in sun outside the office. After complaining a number of times they asked us to either choose to continue waiting till car booked is available or take a upgraded one at extra cost. The upgraded one we finally got had lots of scratches, was not clean and had 1/4 of tank full. We thought that was last of u-save we would ever deal with.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They're a scam! I had to threaten to take them to court for over charging me for returning the gas the same way it was per contract. Then he called the cops on me because I bent over to tie my shoe and my concealed pistol showed (which I am legally able to conceal in WA). He claimed I tried shooting the place cause I was mad. Cops looked at footage and spoke to the other customers. These guys are crazy! I ended up getting my money back and then some. Watch these scammers!!!
Thankfully I had kept all the bills and vehicle inspection report. I double checked and registered a complaint. They justified charges saying that tank was empty when returning vehicle and extra charges were for full tank charges. They offered to settle case by charging me only for half tank. I have proof of visiting nearest gas station right before returning vehicle to make sure tank was over 1/4, the same condition it was in when renting vehicle as mentioned on inspection report copy that I had asked for specifically.
My credit card statement showed that they charged double the amount they were supposed to.
