DO NOT RESERVE HERE! Made a reservation and showed up, they had no cars available. The guy working at the desk had the people skills of a rabid mole rat. I paid to take a Lyft there and ended up just having to walk 2 miles home and reserve elsewhere tomorrow (by the time I got there, it was too late to go elsewhere). I called and complained and the person at the costumer service line said they forgot to update their online status. These idiots do NOT deserve your money. They're rude and shady.

As soon as I arrived, his greeting was, "Do you have a reservation?" For which I didn't know because my wife worked with her insurance carrier to get a car rental set up. So I told him I wasn't sure, but that we were advised to come to this location (or the one in Everett) yesterday or today for pick up. He said something to the effect of, "I'm the only one here today..." Suggesting that he didn't have time to figure my dilemma out and where my rental car might be (his location or somewhere else). He looked up my last name and claim number reluctantly. He didn't find anything and said that he needed to help the next guy in line because he had a confirmed reservation. There were just 2 of us in the store. He told me I needed to call my insurance carrier back and figure it out. I was clearly a bother for him, and left the store without a rental.

This place WAS great when I went a year ago, but whomever works there now (dark skinned male, with an accent) made this experience the worst. I go in to ask (on a saturday, closed on sundays) to rent a car, and hoping to get a full size. He said he didnt have any, but i could still rent a car and do an EXCHANGE with no problems at any hertz location. BUT in actuality, you HAVE to do it at the location you rented at. The only reason why i agreed was because i needed a car to get to school on monday ASAP due to the fact i was in a collision and had to drive to pullman for school on sunday. He pretty much only told me that to get me to rent from them to get more money, or he was poorly trained. because otherwise i wouldnt have agreed to the rental, and would have driven to another location at the time. NEVER going here again, either they're greedy or just poorly trained individuals, either way, i will be driving to one of the other locations that is slightly further away from my lynnwood area due to this experience.

Waited over 2 hours to be picked up after arranging this last week. Calls go unanswered, and it has been a very unpleasant experience. They don't even have a couch to wait on, just 3 little chairs.

Don't reserve a car here.

made a reservation for a car, when I arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time...there was no employee. The sign said open, door was locked. myself and 5 other people with reservations waited for someone. I waited for an hr.
