I've had to visit this location a couple times and everyone is very friendly and helpful; however, I was promised a rental car that matched the storage of my CR-V. I even had one staff member call me and tell me she was going to hold a Dodge that exceeded the room of the CR-V, but when I arrived, I was told that all the rentals were gone. Luckily they had just finished washing a rental, so I was at least able to get home without calling an Uber, but I am burned by this experience. In addition, the rental that I did acquire has very little storage, causing me to rethink my upcoming camping trip. EDIT: After getting my car back, I noticed that they didn't fully reassemble the lift gate. I understand this is probably the mechanic they took my car to, but I feel like it is important to note.
I can't wait to need repair services again! Okay, maybe I can but the people at the Progressive Service Center are the best! I came in after my minivan had been in a hit-and-run. I show up with 3 young kids in tow. They had a small kid corner with toys and light refreshments (snacks in kid-speak). The did my paperwork in no time and had a rental minivan all waiting for me to load my crew into. Repairs were done wonderfully and about 2 days ahead of when they promised it back by. WHAT! Way to go Progressive!
This is a very nice convenient place for progressive insurance customers to go. Some guy hit our rear passanger side and we had to pay a 500 deductible BUT we got it back as soon as the guy finally talked to his insurance. The staff was very nice the work they did came out great. I really hope that I won't need to use them again but if I do I fully trust them.
