Ive been taking my kitten Cooper here for preventative care and the staff is very friendly and understanding, they really seem to care about my baby. They treat my concerns with respect as well. Dr. Sullivan is his primary care vet, she's very sweet and smart. The wellness plans have already saved me over $200 bucks as well, they are very affordable in my opinion. Very nice place overall.
I almost didn't take my dog here because of the many negative reviews, but it's so close by and they were able to squeeze us in for a same-day emergency appointment when my regular vet wasn't able to see us for another few days. I'm so glad I did! They got us in a room immediately and started running the fecal test right away. The vet, Dr. Hollan, saw us immediately and took her time with my dog who doesn't like strangers. She was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The vet tech was also great. Even though they were very busy (it was a Saturday afternoon and they squeezed us in between other appointments) they were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my dog and get us a couple prescriptions and get us out of there in only about an hour. Also, our visit wasn't even remotely as pricy as I had anticipated. Great experience as far as vet visits go. Just felt inspired to write this review for anyone who is on the fence about coming to this vet because of all the negative reviews, most of which look to be at least a few years old.
Took my cat in they did tests and gave her meds charging outrageous amount all the while telling us she need to go to an emergency hospital. We took her there they told us they thought banfield punctured her bladder which was leaking into her abdomen and her kidneys were failing. Never should have ever taken my cat to banfield waste of time and money and they hurt and killed my poor kitty.
We had to bring our dog here for an emergency euthanizing, on a Sunday an hour before close. The staff was kind and caring and if you care about pricing, it was reasonable.
Horrible service by front desk asking me to go to other location where my pet's file is usually located even though it's well known you can go to any Bandfield and have a file transferred as easy as a click of a few buttons.
