Dr. Terry is a gem. He went above and beyond on our first visit with our new puppy, taking an amazing amount of time with us. You can tell he really cares about animals and is a very nice person. Not all veterinarians are created equal and having learned the hard way, not all understand brachycephalic dogs. Dr. Terry personally has pugs which was one of the reasons we felt comfortable about taking our frenchie to him. We are so glad we did. We came in for a bout of diarrhea and the follow up by him and his staff was amazing. They called every day for about three days after our visit. We are so happy and very grateful to have found Dr. Terry.
I have, more than once, told him that he's not allowed to retire.
We took our pup here, and I could not have asked for a better vetrinarian. From the staff that greets you when you walk in, to the nurse and doctor .. just genuine sweet people. This place is one of the only vets I have ever been to that is for your animals health not the money. I just couldn't have found a better place. And I am so happy our fur baby is great hands!!!
Most amazing staff! Dr. Terry is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met, along with the entire staff. Treated myself and my cat, Sweeps, like we were family. They are quick and attentive and very compassionate towards people and fur family alike. THANK YOU for taking such wonderful care of Sweeps!!!!
Dr. Terry and his staff are hands down the best. They listen attentively and truly care about your furry babies. We've been going there for almost 10 years with absolutely no bad experiences in any way. They treat your animals as if they are part of the family. I know my animals are getting the best possible care from Dr. Terry and his team.
Doctor Terry is the only vet I will entrust my animals to these days. We found him after we left our pug for boarding with our previous vet and after dropping off a healthy, clean pug, we got back a filthy pug who had a respiratory infection. I did a lot of hunting on the internet and we went to him because I saw the picture on the website with his wife and pugs.
