The LAST time I went to this place was Monday Feb 20, 2017 President's day weekend. I can NEVER forget the HORRIBLENESS of that day! Upon entering the men's wet area, I almost stepped on (with my bare feet) SHARP pieces of broken ceramic tiles right in the middle of the locker room. The patrons just kind of walked around this dangerous mess on the floor. A piece of broken "ceiling plaster" fell off right in front of me as I was feeling very puzzled. When I opened the glass door to the men's bathing area and jacuzzi, my eyes IMMEDIATELY felt a slight burn from the overtly saturated scent of (Chlorine and bleach?) in the air. The place was packed with naked guys in that small hot jacuzzi. I tried to shower and go into the bigger warm pool in the center. After only 10 minutes, my eyes BURNED like hell and was hurting so bad from the invisible pool chemicals filling up the air. I quickly hopped out of the large warm pool and showered and got out of the spa in total anger and frustration. The older Korean lady at the counter whom I returned my key to told me to "COME BACK HERE AGAIN!". Ironic, right? She's a woman, she's probably clueless what's going on in the men's bathing area. I said nothing to her.

The absolute FILTHIEST spa in Washington! (Just to be fair, this place was actually NICE in early 2016. That was then!) What's happening to this spa I used to enjoy spending time at?! Could somebody please explain? The owner owes me an explanation!

I have been going there for over 3 years, but the last 3 times I've gone there...in the last 2 weeks...I have started sneezing and feeling nasal congestion before being there for less than 2 hours. The coughing has continued for over a day after my visit. There is obviously something in the water or air....mold or something else...that is causing this. I have no known allergies. I have contacted Snohoco health dept. about this. Be aware and report this if it has happened to you. They obviously have a health concern happening there.

I think ownership of this place changed. You are greeted by a woman who is obviously watching something on her phone. They went up to $30 for the vist from the previous $25 and what do you get? Terrible customer service. Not to mention the restaurant was closed, due to failed heath inspection. Had to bring food from outside to eat there. Did I mention broken porcelain? Almost stepped on it if it weren't for my girlfriend...

The day after, my skin developed small red itchy marks all over. It was itchy and feels like a small needle is poking into your skin from time to time. YOU GUYS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! If you've been to Bella Luna recently. Thinking back to that day, the water in the large warm pool was SLIGHTLY YELLOW. It was disgusting! I felt sorry for all the guys who stayed in there. I hope they didn't stay because they felt like they paid $30 to get in.

Not trying to complain, but the men's bath is disgusting. You can see mold growing on parts of the walls and parts of the aluminum that decorates inside. Pictures are not allowed so could not snap a picture (and some people were in the nude). Hot tub was also closed per failed health inspection.

It was a reminder of what the spa experience should be like.

The first time I went to this spa was Feb 2016 though a friend's recommendation. It was a NICE place. But, there were many small signs of things going down in terms of maintenance. It was a LARGE place to relax after a busy week at work. I started going once a month since.

Great spa. Only reason for a 3 is because this place does need some serious upgrades. The cold sauna is constantly moldy and the room could be colder. Seems like the jade sauna is not often working. The green scum on the walls of the men's hot tub is always a little concerning. The steam room could be cleaner and hotter. The cafeteria is never open. Quiet rules are sometimes enforced in some places. The walking on marbles upstairs is half covered by couches.

The itchy skin infection I got from using Bella Luna jacuzzi lasted for almost a week. I am pissed off with those people. That's why I'm writing this very detailed and angry review.

The owner is old, and I'm sure it's not cheap to maintain a large place like Bella Luna. But that will never justify simply letting the place deteriorate and tell a patron to "COME BACK AGAIN".

I was NICE enough not to ask for a full refund on that day. Ever since that day, my friends have gone to Bella Luna and came back with similar stories of mold and deterioration.

Two weeks ago, I visited Spa by Mandara in Planet Hollwood Casino Las Vegas. It was a PERFECT experience. Lots of free fresh fruit, juices, water while I enjoyed their beautiful huge spa.

For a all day spa, not bad for the money, but they really need to change things up.

I've been there many times and totally love it. Not crowded, caring staff and very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone who wants to find a spot to relax for 3-4 hours.

Again I WOULD recommend this place but this should serve as a message to mgmt about areas for improvement.
