Note that their Row A of their regular theatres puts you immediately below the screen with your feet almost on the wall. However they were great about it and when we went to customer service, they gave us tickets to another showtime in better seats.
RPX. This is one of Regal's "Premium Experience" theaters. These tickets cost more than the regular seating, but I must say it's the most comfortable I've ever been in a theater. I compare it to flying first class. The extra cost is exorbitant, and you can't often afford it, but when you do, the experience is much more enjoyable. So, if you've got a little extra money to splurge, it's worth the upgrade. The seating is plush leather recliners with an electronic recline, large padded armrests and cupholders. Be aware that these theaters are reserved seating, so if you're going as a group, be sure to buy your tickets together, and far enough in advance to be able to sit together.
This theater definitely got an upgrade. No more painful seating. I thoroughly enjoyed the recliners and the ability to reserve which seats you wanted to sit in. They also have a better menu for food. With that in mind, I really wish they would drop the price of water down to $2 instead of the $5.50. it's unnecessary.
Really nice theater and well maintained. First time i watched Wonder Woman and it was the really great experience. Second time i bought ticket for Geostorm total of $19 10 minutes before start using Atom app and when i got to my designated seat the seat wasn't activated to recline. I even made sure i was in a correct row. I noticed that there were two seats at the beginning that had blue lights around the recline buttons and no one was sitting there. It might of malfunctioned or something. Also i noticed that the RPX screen has spots on it on the right side which is very noticable when the screen is white. Besides those two complains i really like this theater and hope next time i won't have the recline problem.
I wanted to say that I really liked the customer service. I will come back here again. And also the movie my family and I saw was a great movie (Hitman's Bodyguard) TOTALLY MUST WATCH..!! Thank you Regal Cinemas Alderwood Employer, staff awesome job.
One of the best mega-plexes with great customer service. Their RPX theatre has the most premium experience you're going to get outside of Cinerama, with comfier chairs that recline all the way back.
