HORRIBLE customer service. Nobody there understood the products. I tried to return some hardware that got mixed up and was met with a rude additude and made to feel like a criminal or that i was a burden somehow for spending my money there. It's too bad... I own a new concrete company & I'm looking for a store I can build a business relationship with and order all my hardware from. Needless to say it WON'T be manor hardware.
