Most employees are helpful, but not impressed with paint department. Wouldn't shake up their own paint brand. I'll admit it was used. But little to no effort to REALLY help me. They said the caps come off! Hammer it down! Smh
I was told 1. They don't carry half inch impact wrenches, found a couple by looking myself. 2. I was told the Dewalt is a 1 year Warrenty, further looking it's 3 years. PLEASE GET REAL PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING.

Slow and inefficient customer service. I have some experience in store management and I would say the store manager is not doing a good job. The employees seems to be not motivated at all. The customer service is poor. I am sure there are some hard working employees but the overall management and the experiences I had is poor. Nobody cares to take any extra efforts to make the customer happy. The phone lines are always busy. Pro Service - They are supposed to have some one in each department but unfortunately no one is available all the time. I visited this store like 10 times in couple of months because I just moved to this area and had a lot to purchase and this store is the closet one to home. I can now confidently say the experience is consistent bad.
I went to Lowe's in Lynnwood on a Saturday morning and the the garden department was amazing!
if there's 0 star (or negative 5 stars), I'll pick it. We went to this store and bought a dish washer 1 month ago, so far no delivery, no update. We called store about 10 times in the past 2 weeks (by the way, no one in delivery or installation dept picked up the phone, had to talk to the operator, having her to pass the message), each time were told the dish washer would arrive in a couple of days and we would receive a confirmed time later within a day. but 10 days passed and nothing. Also we returned a pedestal washer and a dryer 2 weeks ago and were told we would receive the refund within several days. and again, NOTHING!!! avoid this store if you can
The displays were fantastic and the flower selection was incredible.
