Had a really great experience in the women's shoe department as well as the Charlotte Tilbury makeup counter. I came into the shoe section looking for a decently priced pair of sandals to wear over spring break in puerto rico and ended up splurging on a great pair of birkenstocks (which are pricey but will seriously last you forever) and a pair of adidas tennis shoes. Blake was extremely helpful, outgoing and honestly just really brightened up my day. He clearly showed me the practical value of the shoes I was purchasing for the trip I was going on. Lisa over at the Charlotte Tilbury makeup counter was also spectacular. She was radiant and so outgoing and had no problem plopping me down in her chair and finding items for me that I loved.
Glad to have this place near my house. Shopping here is fun.
I have always liked Nordstrom's quality of product and return policy if it doesn't work out. Additionally, the bistro makes fantastic food! Keep up the great work!
Smaller and less selection than the downtown store, but I seem to have better luck finding items I like here. Always helpful staff.
