I'm happy to say when I went to buy my purse the lady there was very nice. Doing her job and didn't make me feel inferior.
Several employees in the department were VERY helpful. I had purchased the jacket with a separate card and they still allowed the exchange without any hassle. I really appreciated the help.
I ended up being given the wrong perfume, treated horribly in the makeup section, pressured to start a Macy's credit card at the age of 18, not given the complimentary bag that comes with the purchase of a jimmy Choo perfume, had to turn around to receive the proper perfume. The ONE and ONLY reason I am giving this Macy's 5 stars is because of the older lady Patty. PATTY PATTY PATTY!!!! She is my Macy's Guardian Angel, I swear ❤️❤️❤️I came to this Macy's to find a cologne for my boyfriend and perfume for myself and lipstick for prom. After I found cologne for my boyfriend I decided I should get the Jimmy Choo Ilicit perfume that he really likes. So I told the lady that was helping me with the perfume that I would like to buy the Jimmy Choo ILICIT perfume and she says "oh we have a deal on that perfume right now, you get an extra bottle for only $100'" so I got excited about that. As she was ringing me up she started asking me to sign up for a Macy's credit card and I didn't really want to cause I just turned 18 and then after I did everything it ended up not working and was just a waste of my time. So I bought my perfume and cologne and then my boyfriend and I walked over to look at the makeup. I asked the lady at the makeup where some good wine red matte lip colors were and her response was literally "look around you there's plenty." Like are you effing kidding me?!? That is SOOOO rude. (Patty knows the name of that woman, I don't remember though) then as I was looking at lipsticks I didn't find one that I fell in love with but I had swatches on the back of my hand and wanted a makeup wipe to get it off and asked the makeup lady if she by chance had a makeup wipe and in the most sassy way she pointed to her side and rudely said "well if he had any it would obviously be on the table over there with the skincare products". My boyfriend and I left immediately after that. When we got in the car and we're halfway home I decided I wanted to wear my perfume and I started in boxing it and the women in the perfume department GAVE ME THE WRONG PERFUME!!! I was livid. We had to turn the hell around (I live 30min away from alderwood and we were already half way home). Thank GOODNESS patty was working because she was so kind to us and she rand me up for the right perfume and gave me the jimmy Choo bag I was supposed to get with the purchase of the jimmy Choo perfume which the first perfume lady DID NOT give me. Patty made my experience wonderful and I cannot say the same for the other workers here.

Sylvia in the childrens department absolutely rocked! Not only did she take the time to help my 10 year old shop and find matching clothes for him! I was busy with my 2 year old and shopping for her while sylvia took time out of her other routines to make sure my son got what he needed for school! Again thank you Sylvia for your time and compassion for people i will be back again! This has to be my ultimate best experiance here ever! Thank you so much
I'm not much of a shopper but I needed a new purse because mine was falling apart and I decided to treat myself to a new purse. While I was at macys I decided to walk around to the cosmetics and check it out to see if I wanted to try something. One of the women behind one of the counters was so snobby. She seemed like she was judging me because I don't wear makeup and I don't wear fashionable clothes. I never felt so disrespected.
I also had a pair of men's pants that needed to be exchanged. I did not find the pants that I needed and therefore was able to exchange towards two shirts and a tie. Furthermore, they shared information about an upcoming sale which saved me over $50!
I visited the men's department on Wednesday evening at approx. 7 p.m. I had purchased a men's suit separate manufactured by Michael Kors and the material had failed on the sleeve.
