Stopped by for the swimsuit sale and they didn't package my bottoms into my bag, I didn't realize until I got home and they were already closed.
I was so impressed that I wanted to write a review. I went to get some new bras on a Saturday and it was really busy. There was only one employee in the dressing room area and she was AMAZING. Although it was really busy and she was running around helping people she was so personable and kind to everyone. She took time to measure me and find a bra for me that finally fits right. I will keep coming back here because I know they have great customer service.
The bright side of this is that an employee there, Jessica, spent a solid 3 hours making sure to locate the exact same pair I needed from another store after they couldn't find them again in their store. I really appreciate the great customer service on her part and went above and beyond to help out. I give her 5 stars!
They really DO NOT take care of their customers. Came in to return a very lovely gift, however, I already had one. Unfortunately, the giver did not provide me a gift receipt. Their website is listing the product as $59.90 and the girl pictured on left had a bad attitude about me not having a receipt (sorry, I wasn't given one) and told the girl on the right that they could only credit me $14.99. After I showed the price on the website they still were "unable to help me". Too bad, this place had otherwise nice reviews, guess I caught the wrong employees.
I don't like many of their stores but this one is amazing. They REALLY take care of their customers. Love all the ladies here. They always have the best suggestions without any high pressure sales tactics.
