0 big time THE PLACE WAS SO MESSY!! none of the employees were picking up stuff too! Everything was all over the place. Hollistor is the best place to go now
The most dirtiest store I've ever been too. I bought a shirt that was accidently dropped on the ground and a huge spot of dust was on my clothes.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst customer service ever!!!!! I work retail and know how a customer should be handled. I walked around the store for about 45 minutes with a load of clothes in my arm and got no greeting and never got offered assistance. The plus size section is a complete mess, with clothes all over the floors. When I asked to put a load of clothes on hold until 1130 the next day (I had an online purchase that I wanted to exchange the sizes that I left at home) the girl at the front counter was SO RUDE and rolled her eyes at me. She told me I had until 12 to come in the next day if not its my loss. I told her I had an exchange at home and she said just raised her voice and said I had until 12. I shop at forever21 all the time and the service and employees have gone completely down hill at THIS store. Worst service and RUDE EMPLOYEES.
This store is poorly managed. There are clothes on the floor, the place is unorganized and there is only one cashier trying to support a line that is always backed up and bleeding into the aisleway. I see a bunch of kids with zero work ethic at this store, no hustle, zero product understanding and general laziness. Where are the adults that are suppose to govern this kids?
Huge store, great selection but can be overwhelming. Every time I go, there are messes here and there. Racks are crammed with clothes and hangers and shelves have piles of clothes. I can tell the staff are hard working but shoppers should have some courtesy to not add to their work.
