The service department at Harris Ford Lincoln is far and away the best I have ever experienced in a dealership or independent mechanic (and that is saying a lot, if you read my review for Marshall Motors in Dallas, TX!). I'm not saying that having an issue with my car is a pleasant experience, but Danny in Service makes it the best experience possible. I am always looped in on what they are finding with my car and when to expect them to be finished. The loaner car also makes it incredibly easy to keep life moving with minimal interruption! Thanks so much for making the "dreaded" trip to the mechanic so much better than it's ever been!
Aggressive people. At least we don't like being forced to be sold on something. Can't feel the respect for our choices. The sales we met is lack of solid knowledge that can convince us to buy. Yes, I know your product is good, but how and what specifically is better than others?
Maybe even 4.5 stars! Everything went smoothly. Cost of oil change and new front brake pads/resurface rotors was very reasonable. They wash and vacuum your car. Frank was great, but another guy was pretty rude. When we got out of the car and walked toward the side doors (not knowing to go to front doors), an employee looked at me and started closing the door, until I directly said something to him. He was kind of clueless. It would be nice to have someone come out and greet customers as they pull in. There seemed to be plenty of service advisers. But overall, good experience.
Showed up a week early by mistake on Monday for my oil change but Jay Daly over at Harris Ford didn't turn me down. He told me not to worry and that they would take care of me. They Sure did! Even let me know my tail light was out and the team over at Harris Ford quickly swapped the bulb out. And they brought the car back washed and vacuumed!!! What a great way to start my week. Thanks Guys
The customer service was great! My vehicle was ready when promised. My only complaint is that there is no more car wash with vehicle service. The floors were vacuumed nicely though.
