I dealt with the owner, Roman, and got a great vehicle at a VERY good price, in house financing, and the whole process was quick. Saw and drove the car on Sunday, decided it was the one I wanted on Monday, completed the paperwork in about 45 minutes on Thursday, and have been a happy car owner since. The whole event was easy, relaxing, and pleasant. There was no high pressure, lots of options on the lot, and absolutely not a hint of used car salesman tactics on the premises. I got as much information about the car as Roman had, and the safety checks he had done before putting it up for sale. Not only am I happy about this purchase, I would not hesitate to buy from G &R Auto Sales again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new used car.
I cannot explain how slimy and underhanded these people are! They will tell you " We will take care of you!" And then they will take advantage of you, sell you a crappy OVERPRICED car, all while laughing at you. " We take personal pride in our cars." Is bull****! Please do not EVER go here!
This place is a scam. The salesmen are liars and they are predators
Went there yesterday to look at a car, come to find out the car had a rebuilt title! I was still interested until he told be the price was firm and that they were doing me a favor. I tried to explain that you cant charge retail prices for a car that has been devalued and lost it factory warranty. Roman then proceeded to raise his voice at me and my sister and accuse me of lying about being a cash customer. This place is to be avoided at all costs. Honesty, customer service and respect are a foreign concept at this establishment. Look elsewhere, this will be the worst car buying experience you've ever had. My next car is coming from CarMax traditional car buying leaves lots to be desired especially compared to this dump!
I will recommend Roman and his fine associates at G&R going forward.
