So dissatisfied and disappointed. Heaven forbid customer service comes first. And do your job. It’s a horrible waste of your time saying what you want. They can’t read. Overpriced bs pasta and overpaid children running it. You claim to be super fresh but told me it’s prepackaged. So quit lying. You fake af.
Even with a tremendous line, my order was taken quickly and in a friendly manner. My food came to my table hot and delicious. Why would you not love a place where you can get a side of bread with your sandwich?!

I ordered a "Pick 2" meal, 1/2 of a Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad and 1/2 of a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. (See photo.) Yummy delicious, especially considering Panera is a 'fast casual' restaurant.
Everything your would expect in a Panera but the tables are a bit crowded together. Staff was super friendly and the food was much better than other Paneras I've been to.
What is with these remarks re poor customer service? The counter person took our order diligently and said "thank you" when handing back our change, the waiter served our meals with a smile and asked whether we needed or wanted anything more. Our meals arrived hot when the item should be hot, chilled when the item should be chilled, and tasty. Unsure what more the staff can do than that.
I ordered food with my boyfriend and I was really craving a smoothie so I ordered the berry one and paid SIX bucks for it! I stood at the end of the counter and waited and waited AND WAITED, 25 minutes go by and after asking multiple times for it, I was finally told they had run out and I wouldn't be receiving it. Why didn't they tell me that while I was waiting for it, or when I asked for it 50 times OR for that matter, when I ordered it in the 1st place! I got home and was missing a sandwich as well. I guess I shud have checked but u shunt have to, ya know? When u pay 30$ for a meal, u expect good customer service...or at least the darn food u pay for! Will not go back...gave it a couple more chances and it was terrible every time
