Diversity in the ethnicity of the staff. Great customer service. Staff is very friendly and I especially love the staff in the pharmacy.
Really starting to avoid going to this store. I stood in line for almost 10 minutes with one person ahead of me at customer service watching two employees helping one person. One of them could have helped but no. Once it was my turn the main employee picked up the phone so I interrupted the second employee telling her that I've been standing in line before the phone started ringing. So said she will help me without looking at me at all. And I told her that all I have is an item to pick up. I'm tired of standing in line just pick up an item due to employees not caring about how long customers have been waiting. And there was just 1 person ahead of me!! That's barely a line! This is exactly why I stopped working at Walmart.
I like that its a small store, not huge like a regular Walmart. They have self check out, too. Never super crowded. Easy to go grab a few things. Great prices and lots of mark downs.
Poorly run when I've been there. Lines take forever. For the small savings the extra time isn't worth it to me. I'd prefer to still go to Fred Meyer.
The pharmacy has saved us a lot of money and the staff is helpful. The groceries are a good buy, but sometimes they can be beat. Also the variety and speciaty items are limited. Great for the basics though.
