I can usually always find what I am looking for, but sometimes I feel the staff is short handed. Sometimes, but not always, I have had to wait a little bit for assistance from staff members. Over all though I have been very happy shopping here.
Went to buy cat grass had only dead cat grass on shelves. Employees do not go out of their way to help. The good is at least one lady in the grooming salon that cab cut our dogs nails when other places can't. Difference is a live of animals vs a job they have to do.
Stores like this you don't expect to get much service. The place is always clean and the check out time is always fast. If you do need help with something the employees are smart, friendly, and speedy. Shop here monthly and no complaints.
Staff are not friendly, we talked what other fish can we put in our 20 gal tank, the staff member says it's a10 gal (we own a20 gallon, not sure why she assumes it's a ten), them proceeds to tell us we shouldn't put more then four goldfish in our tank because they can't survive, mean while we are looking at the fact they have more then 20 in a ten gallon tank, she said she refused to see us fish because we have too many fish. Again we never told her how many we have. Then says if we want to give them our fish they will take them but won't but then from us. We didn't ask if they would take our but our fish. We went there to get a fish to add to our 20 gallon tank that had two goldfish. We have never been to that Petco before. Will never again. I will go to PetSmart or drive to Everett to any other place then their store. Rude staff and actually hard to find one to assist us.
They offer dog training, dog grooming (no cat grooming yet) and dog/cat vaccinations/microchipping. Clean store with help and friendly staff.
