I've use their services on multiple occupations and I would highly recommend because of their terrific communication (website support and chat, always available on the phone, email, and really quick response). You can upload pictures right on their online portal and manage the entire process online. Very convenient. Highly recommend.
Listing with them meant we did have to do almost all of the work ourselves, such as filling out documents, negotiating and working with buyers agents, and creating and changing the listing. Savvy Lane makes all of this easy to do online, but it might intimidate some people. Each time I called with a question they were very helpful.

Knowing how quickly you need to act in this market, he was fast to view the property on our behalf and use a Gopro to give us as much of a visual as possible. Having decided to pass on the first property, he took the time to set up a personalized search function, that alerted us when something that we might be interested in hit the market. He also encouraged us to look at tear down options, which expanded our pool of potential listings and led us to the property we ended up buying. He was generous with his time, NEVER PUSHY OR "SALESY", he truly wanted to see us find the property that was right for us even if that meant a smaller commission for him (we were looking at homes that were much more than what we bought, so a less ethical agent would have tried to encourage us to buy at the top of our budget!).

We recently sold our home in the Seattle area with Savvy Lane. This was our first time selling by owner and we are so glad we used Savvy Lane. We got the premium package (which I believe is now the Full Package) and lockbox, totaling around $650 to sell our home. That's it!
