she talked to the carrier and he agreed to to that...

Terrible customer service. Told by appointment only and if you have a question to call, yet they never answer the phone and when the do rude as hell. And love how nothing will change because Union!

40 minutes of calling, phone ringing and ringing...call eventually disconnected EACH AND EVERY TIME. 40 minutes later the person who finally answered....painfully said, "no one will answer the phone when I'm at lunch.". Supervisor Michelle. ...very rude and NOT helpful at all. Much like the pained employee who answered the phone. Its a busy time of year!!! Yet your employee says it's because they WILL NOT answer....Not that they are busy!

I typically do not think very highly of the USPS system and have not had good experiences with their services. However, this post office and been consistently providing good experiences and I felt they really earned a positive review in light of a lot of the negative comments they normally receive. My last three trips can be summarized as follows:

I can only imaging what a difficult job postal workers must have due to the fact that most customers are not easy to please. #rockstar Laurie

It's fine unless you have to deal with anyone. They are super rude even for little stuff that should not be a big deal for them at all. Not to mention that I had live ducklings shipped to them from California, and they did not call me (as they were supposed to) when they arrived, nor did they answer my calls for 2 whole hours. When someone finally picked up they were incredibly rude, saying the ducks had been there for hours and that I needed to come get them asap. I had called as soon as they opened and kept calling. Thoughtless and rude, inconsiderate and entitled.

I know because she called me back with the info.

Great job guys!! Matt was the only one worth talking to!!!

Laurie was so very amazing kind and patient I truly appreciate her time as a veteran via calling the post office to get my mail delivered to my apt. complex as everyone had the master locks broken from vandalism instead of a daily trip to post office with my service dog...
