Filled out the online form, had an agent come out to our house named Paula Seward she took about an hour plus to do a walk through. She said she would have a quote back to me in a few days. A full week later nothing! We had to interview other potential movers in the meantime. I had to email her and call several times to get anywhere. Once I did talk to the agent she was rude and short with me which left a bad taste in my mouth due to an already stressful time for our family with a long distance move ahead of us. I will say that their upper management has contacted me recently and apologized about this experience and they have addressed talking to their staff about there interactions with customers. I don't want one bad apple to ruin it for future customers, I am happy with how it was handled and I find that's a good sign of a decent company!
We received excellent care, advice and service during our move. After 28 years in our house we didn't really know how to move. Paula was kind, friendly and helpful. Alex, Tyler and Sam were very courteous and helpful. They made the move go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. for anyone having to move.

Both drivers were exceptionally professional and efficient and took great care with all of my belongings. All contact with Hansen Bros. at each step of the process reflected the best that Seattle has to offer.
I submitted an online quote request. Waited about a week or so - maybe less. Finally called and was transferred to someone (three different people), who took down information. It sounded like they were going to charge for every step everyone took so I was a little concerned about what the bid was going to come out as. Was promised a quote within minutes but the person had to do something and I waited for the email to come. It's been at least five days. I just called and said that I was disappointed and rather than suggest to fix the problem and rectify the situation, "give me your name so that they don't contact you." Sounds like they did not want my business. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I am pretty stuck now and unsure of what to do to get my office moved but it'll get done..
Thank the three excellent movers that worked so well together and did an outstanding job orchestrating the move---hats off to this team of professional men! I hope they are paid well. It is good to know Hansen Bros. is still in business. Top rated movers in the Seattle area---and now I have seen first hand why this moving company is so highly recommended.
