Great atmosphere if you're looking for a sports bar. Tons of screens to catch whatever team you root for. Good food and killer wings.
Service was great on a busy Sunday watching football. The wings were cooked to perfection and the quality was great. Will come here again more often. Give this place a try you wont regret it.
Terrible service and worse managing. Even though I wasn't drinking my Wisconsin drivers license wasn't not acceptable. We were given several reasons from 2 employees. None of them consistent. First it was there was no reference to my ID. We asked to speak to manager. He finally came over after a few minutes smelling like cigarettes. His reasoning was that the bartender didn't feel comfortably serving me, even though I was only ordering food. Then he changed the reason to "I can't find the state seal on it", even though there are 7 of them clearly visible. Needless to say we left and won't be returning again. Almost empty bar and the bartender doesn't feel comfortable serving food.
The customer service in this place sucks. This place made me wait over an hour before getting my food. I asked them a few times about my order, they said they are not sure because their machine is not working while people who order to go already got their food. And just when I said I want to cancel my order and they told me it's being prepared... Not sure what they are doing. The food is okay only.
Angie, the front desk gal was friendly and fun, but the menu is very poorly designed and got my order messed up. They do not sell wings by the number but by weight, which is confusing. They have a sauce called medium and an order size called medium. One word with two meanings = bad design. The menu was creayed by some corporate money grubber who has never worked in a kitchen. It slows service, and confuses guests, which i think is the point as it makes prices seem more reasonable. 5 star service, 1 star stupid menu design. 3 stars over all. Would not visit again
