If you ever wanted to try CrossFit, this is the place to go! I have been coming here for a little over six months and it has been a great experience. The gym is well stocked with new equipment and the coaches are very effective teachers. I have made a lot of progress in the past half year. The best part of Industrious is the community - all of the coaches and fellow students are very welcoming and supportive. There is always something going on – a wide variety of classes, workshops, competitions and outings. Highly recommended!!

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, and really care about their clients. The workouts are challenging, but can be scaled to any level. There are members of all ages and skill level here, so it is very diverse and welcoming. They also keep the gym very clean and have updated equipment. The Owner's obviously have pride in their business and are always reinvesting back into the business to make it as high quality as they can for their clients. Really a top notch gym!!!
As someone who's been in CrossFit for 9+ years and have visited dozens, I can tell you that CrossFit Industrious is one of the best all around CrossFit gyms in the world. The owners, Stephen and Molly, are incredibly passionate about their community, they work incredibly hard to give every member an amazing experience and help them to realize their goals. The coaching staff is excellent, the community is very welcoming and you'll quickly find a group of friends that you fit right in with. Whether you're competitive with CrossFit like myself, just getting started, or anywhere in between, it's a fantastic place to make friends and work towards your goals in an enthusiastic and supportive community.
The best gym and work out you will ever get hands down! The coaches make every level athlete feel welcome, motivated, and accomplished. There is an overwhelming sense of care, support, encouragement, and family that resonates throughout the gym. The gym is also kept in tip top shape with new additions being constantly added and updated. Classes range from strength, conditioning, weightlifting, yoga, and high intensity intervals with scales and accommodations. I strongly recommend for any age athlete who is looking to push their fitness abilities and grow as a person all around!!
A great place for Crossfit and getting in shape. I've been going to this gym for a few years now, I really enjoy that I can go at my own pace here. The coaches are wonderful and so fun to be around, they motivate me to do the best I can while being mindful of my limitations.
