Dr. Chu was very abrasive and unfriendly. He didn't wash his hands before the exam and never used gloves when giving vaccines. He also never went over my daughter's milestones and didn't give a full physical exam. He seemed very irritated with my 6 month old daughter when she was a little fussy and grabbed his sleeve during the exam. I should have walked out, but my daughter needed her immunizations. . . which he didn't give all the ones needed.
Dr.Chu should not be allowed to practice medicine. I came to Dr.Chu and explained some serious symptoms I was having, his response was "ohhh that's weird" then proceeded to end the appointment without any testing. I came back a month later, with worse symptoms, his reply "you should go to the ER", then he filled out a prescription for the ER. In the end I was able to self diagnose hypoglycemia and later confirm with a real doctor. In this age of modern medicine, cloning, genetic engineering, Dr.Chu could not diagnose early stages of type 1 diabetes.

i just called to see if they talk walk ins and she asked me what the issue was. I told her some reason she asked again as if she didnt hear me . Then suddenly said they dont take walk ins. then said bye and hung up the phone. The dr. could have been a great guy but his receptionist sure makes sure he will never see new clients.
