Decent selection of bike equipment, especially if you're performing simple maintenance. However, if you're a bigger/taller guy, good luck finding gear that will fit you.
Friendly staff. Selections could be better. Staff is knowledgeable and very good at finding what suits your needs even if you are not too sure what you need. Recommended.
I'm a first time rider, and there is a young gal there that really took care of me. She walked me through everything I should look at, and didn't push me to buy anything. I haven't worked with anyone else, but if they're like her, you can't go wrong here.
Apparently the “30-day no hassle returns”, that’s advertised in the store, is a complete gimmick. The customer service rep didn’t even want to look at the item after I mentioned that it has been worn for about an hour total. There was absolutely no signs of wear on the item, and yet the rep didn’t want to discuss the return any further.
Great experience. Greeted me as soon as I walked into the door and took me to the item I needed and recommended the best one.
