They employees were friendly. I brought a Nordstrom brand mug here and I found that the bottom plastic felt off after a couple of wash. I stop buying any products from the store after that but I always enjoy their drinks and bagels. They need to get better supplier with their brand on it.
Whenever I visit the alderwood mall this is my first stop. My drink is always upto par. The staff is always gracious and create a fun pleasant atmosphere.

The girl working glared at us the whole time while we were walking up and was super rude to us even though we tipped her! I don't know what her problem was but they should hire friendlier employees
