Extremely slow. Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive through for a single person to complete a transaction.
Ling lines all the time. And there is only one cashier no matter how busy it is
Some days it was really good but most of the time it's ok customer service.
To me they get a no "Star" rating. We are a business that has been with Bank of America for over 13 years. This particular branch has made numerous mistakes and they take no responsibility. They don't follow up with concerns and they are very unfriendly about there handling of various situations. They recently lost 7 checks that we deposited and said they would get back to me with a resolution and never did return the calls. They then NEVER answer their phones. I have already set up accounts with US Bank and will be moving as soon as they get this resolved.
They don't know how to operate with all Bank of America sistem .
